The client-agent relationship established under this Agreement:
Commences upon signing service-specific engagement documents
Requires mutual written consent for material modifications
May include exclusive or non-exclusive representation based on service type
Continues for the duration specified in service-specific agreements
May be terminated according to the provisions in Section 8

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice under the following circumstances:
Material breach of this Agreement's terms
Mutual agreement between Client and Company
Completion of the specified transaction or service
Legal impossibility of performance
Extended inactivity(no substantive communication for 60+ days)
Post-termination obligations regarding confidentiality, payments due, and referral obligations will survive termination.

Direct damages arising from gross negligence
Obligations specified under applicable real estate laws
We expressly disclaim liability for:
Market fluctuations affecting property values
Third-party service provider actions
Property conditions not visibly apparent
Client decisions contrary to professional advice
Force majeure events affecting transactions
As our client, you have the right to:
Access your personal information Request corrections to inaccurate data Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible)Restrict certain processing activities Data portability Object to direct marketing Withdraw consent at any time
